After many years of working in larger companies, we began to offer an alternative that would work with smaller organizations and small businesses but would be affordable by them. There are many ways in which we can contribute to larger entities that are either not necessary for smaller enterprises or we can accomplish through one or two individuals. We consider this revelation to be a breakthrough in our ability to work with non-Fortune 500 companies.
How it Works:
- The Groundwork: One-on-one work with the company president off site. If the mindset of the accountable person doesn’t change, no significant performance improvement or transformation or growth will occur. This confidential conversation is conducted in a safe environment and has proven to be gently transformational and empowering.
- Creating the Future: This is our unique ExecuTAP™ process distilled to its essence, which is creating an aligned team committed to a compelling future with clear accountabilities as well as focus areas, strategic objectives, and key targets over the next 6-12 months and beyond.This takes place over a series of one-hour meetings with the management team and then two one-day sessions with the team about 3 weeks apart. Phase I and II occurs between a month to six weeks.

Coaching for strategic implementation beyond Phase II will be one hour on the phone per month through the following five months.
