Executive Coaching

Miles Kierson is accepting executive coaching clients. He says this: “Of all the possibilities that we offer to helping clients be successful, the one most leveraged service we can provide is to help senior executives be successful themselves. They can only be successful if their companies are successful, and this all happens as the result of negligible time and attention through powerful coaching.”

This unique coaching blends the best of two worlds: extensive consulting experience mixed with deep personal development work; outer focus (consulting) blended with inner focus (e.g., what are you doing or not doing, what are your fears that are impacting you results, what do you really want?) – all in a context of real, measurable results for yourself and for your organization.

We offer a free, one hour session for qualified candidates. In this session, Miles will ask you questions about what you want to accomplish, what your goals are, what your issues are, and explain how he works, and what the process will include. At the end of the session, you can either choose to proceed or not.

Why Executive Coaching Matters

Order the Book Today

Must Read for Executives….

I have spent the last 15 years helping top executive teams become successful. Working at MIT Sloan school on leadership, delivering programs with Harvard Business School professor Mike Beer that have turned into HBR articles on helping top teams be successful and having a long list of executive teams that I work with, there are no new creative ideas on helping executive teams. WRONG... Miles Kierson has delivered a ground breaking view on a new model that when applied has a significant impact on how a executive team work.

My final comment...I have sent Miles book to all the CEO's I work with. Not something I do very often...
